Project Management services are available for properties needing additions, redemising of premises or major upgrading. This work is undertaken in concert with property management and leasing input to ensure the final product meets the tenants’ needs and the owners’ objectives.

We can oversee all aspects of the project including architect and consultant selection, contractor bid process and obtaining approvals for governmental authorities and monitoring the construction process.
